Section 1
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings
ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "no1," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the no1 platform accessible at no1.today and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
- "Platform" means the no1 website, mobile browser interface, and all games, services, and features made available thereon.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
- "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within your Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to your Account by no1.
- "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
Section 2
Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an Account on no1, you must satisfy all of the following
eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by no1.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of no1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by no1 or by any regulatory authority.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Age Verification: no1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
If you cannot satisfactorily verify that you are 21 or older, your Account will be suspended,
all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method after investigation.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all
eligibility requirements listed above and that all information you have provided is
truthful and accurate. no1 may conduct verification checks at any time, including
through third-party identity verification services.
Section 3
Account Management
Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. If no1 discovers
that a player holds more than one Account — whether under the same name, email address,
device, IP address, or payment method — no1 reserves the right to close all duplicate
Accounts, void all associated Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings derived from
Bonus Funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any
third party. no1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized
access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify no1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
- no1 may temporarily lock your Account pending investigation of suspicious activity.
- Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ₱100 may be deducted from dormant Account balances, subject to applicable law.
- You may request Account closure at any time by contacting no1 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
KYC Verification: no1 is required by applicable regulations to verify the
identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a valid
government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or
PhilSys National ID) and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within 30
days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
no1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online.
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). no1 does not accept
cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
Deposits:
- Minimum deposit: ₱100.
- GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Wallet instantly upon authorization.
- Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within 30 minutes on Philippine banking days.
- no1 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
- Maximum single withdrawal: ₱500,000. Higher amounts may be processed in tranches.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes on Philippine banking days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on your no1 Account.
- no1 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts. Standard processing fees may apply for unverified accounts.
Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be
withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to
withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus
Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds are not affected.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
no1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not
limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and
loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition
to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
- Time Limit: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each game are displayed in the promotions section of the Platform.
- Maximum Bet: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or spin is ₱500, unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. You may not claim a new bonus until the current bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. no1 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
- Abuse: no1 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors.
Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible
for a 150% match bonus up to ₱15,000, plus 50 free spins on selected slots. The welcome bonus
carries a 30x wagering requirement and must be completed within 30 days. Free spin winnings
are capped at ₱500 and carry the same wagering requirement. Must be 21+.
Section 6
Gameplay & Wagering
All games available on the no1 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
technology or are streamed live from professional studios. Game outcomes are determined
independently of no1's systems and are not influenced by the size of your bet, your
account balance, or any other player-specific factor.
By placing a wager on no1, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- All wagers are final once confirmed. no1 will not reverse a wager after it has been accepted by the game system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The result will be recorded and your Wallet updated accordingly.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault on no1's side, no1 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately before the interruption. If this is not possible, the wager will be refunded.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
- no1 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no1 Platform. Violation of any
of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all
balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to no1 support immediately.
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward no1 staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
Anti-Money Laundering: no1 is committed to full compliance with Philippine
anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.
Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as
required by law. no1 cooperates fully with all lawful requests from PAGCOR, AMLC, and
other competent authorities.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
no1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward
players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it stops
being fun, or if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances,
relationships, or mental health, please use the tools available to you or seek help.
no1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account
settings at any time:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
- Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing your net gaming result and session duration.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the no1 Platform — including but not limited to the no1 name and logo,
website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials —
is the exclusive property of no1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable
intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment
purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from no1.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any no1 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of no1's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no1 shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not
limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of
service.
no1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating
to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the
total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately
preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
no1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from
errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided
on an "as is" and "as available" basis. no1 makes no representations or warranties
of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular
purpose or merchantability.
Force Majeure: no1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in
performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited
to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government
actions, or civil unrest.
Section 11
Privacy & Data
no1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine
Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and
regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and
processing of your personal data as described in our
Privacy Policy.
The personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of
birth, contact details, government ID information, payment method details, and
gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification,
fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have given consent —
marketing communications.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data,
subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records. For full details on

Section 12
Amendments & Termination
no1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions
at any time. When material changes are made, no1 will notify registered players
via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes
take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory
directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment
constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not
agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request
Account closure in accordance with Section 3.
no1 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice,
if it determines that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in
fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be
forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method
after any outstanding investigations are concluded.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
